We haven't been receiving any updates from our SS for the last 3 weeks which I assumed this was due to the rain, so I thought I should leave a SMS. Got a message back saying that he has been leaving voice mail messages for the past two weeks, which I find a bit hard to believe as:
1. I have visual voice mail service on my phone so it's really easy to see if anyone has left messages.
2. I can easily see all my missed calls on my iphone
3. I don't have anyone else complaining about me not returning calls.
Anyway finally spoke to our SS and he said that they have almost finished the rendering. Only thing left is the portico.

We opted for privacy windows for bedrooms over the standard
Additional window we asked to be installed into bedroom 3, basically allows us to look over the backyard. Vision is limited due to the roof and tree but still an okay view.

With the massive gum tree we have, it's expected that we'd have lots of leaves :(

I'm guessing that the white strips on both sides of the wall are control joints to allow for expansion, contraction, foundation movement etc.
